Technology & innovation

EMMD: the controller that pays for the cabinet

Everest Multi-Mode Demand control reads door activity, ambient temperature and shelf load, then runs the compressor only as hard as the cabinet needs — up to 20% energy savings against a comparable fixed-speed unit, without letting product temperature drift.

  • Demand-matched compressor controlContinuous modulation instead of hard on-off cycling, which cuts peak draw and extends compressor life.
  • Full-cabinet LED illuminationEdge-lit vertical LED bars lift shelf-level lux while drawing a fraction of the load of fluorescent tubes.
  • Validated in our own climate chambersEvery control profile is proven at 43°C ambient and 65% relative humidity before it reaches a production line.
  • Low-GWP refrigerant pathR290 hydrocarbon platforms are already in series production across the visi and counter-top ranges.
